Libourne, April 2011.

At its head office site in Libourne, Ceva employs almost 200 people in a specialized manufacturing  facility.  The plant produces injectables, solutions and suspensions of antibiotics, anti-inflammatories and reproductive hormones.The company recently completed a € 2.8 million investment in a new 500 m²   freeze-drying plant, building on the existing expertise at the site in the production of sterile pharmaceutical products. 

“With an annual production capacity of 1.4 million bottles, this state-of-the-art facility allows Ceva , not only to provide hormonal (PMSG SYNCHROPART - FERTIPIG®) and locomotion (TILDREN®) products to it’s own customers but also to offer other stakeholders in the animal health industry access to specific know-how and GMP production” said Jacques Decoeur, Supply Chain Director.
