Ceva ReprodAction Symposium in Kenya

Optimizing the reproductive management is one of the major factors influencing the efficiency of dairy and beef production. For this reason, Ceva Animal Health organized the 9th of July a symposium on the Reproductive health management in Nairobi.

 

Optimizing the reproductive management is one of the major factors influencing the efficiency of dairy and beef production.  For this reason, Ceva Animal Health organized the 9th of July a symposium on the Reproductive health management in Nairobi, Kenya.

 

 

The attendees included more than 100 people from East Africa countries (Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, Ethiopia…) including Kenyan Ministery of agriculture livestock and fisheries, veterinary associations, dairy association, national artificial insemination centers, dairy farmers, private sector companies as BCF, IMV and universities met in order to speak about their experience concerning the reproductive management.

                       

Worldwide speakers have shared their knowledge in order to give some update on the latest research in cattle reproduction management. A practical session was also organized in order to illustrate the latest technology in echography by BCF Technology and also to present the hormon protocols provided by Ceva well adapted to East African conditions...

The main objective of the meeting was to create an environment for open exchange of ideas and discussion among experts and stakeholders respecting one of the main values of Ceva “Building the future together”...
